Drones Routing with Stochastic Demand

Motivated by the increasing number of drones used for package delivery, we first study problem Multiple drOne collaborative Routing dEsign (MORE) in this article. That is, given a fixed and customers, determining delivery trip under capacity constraint with stochastic demand customers such that overall expected traveling cost is minimized. To address MORE problem, prove falls into realm classical vehicle routing then propose an effective algorithm MORE. Next, have scheme resplitting different individual trips while demands are determined. Moreover, consider variety MORE, MORE-TW, design to it. We conduct simulation experiments verify our theoretical findings. The results show outperforms other comparison algorithms at least 79.60%.
